LAST month saw another Big Day Out for the Peachester Garden Club at the Esk Garden Show. ‘If this was the Winter Equinox, it’s great to be alive.
Mystic Mountain Tours returned us all safely home with a trailer full of new and exciting plants.
It’s been great weather for getting all those plants in their new homes. It was a hard choice for morning tea and lunch with so many food trucks and tents to choose from.
Seating was at a premium so some of our ladies solved the problem by refuelling, resting and researching (they said) in the shade of one of the many informative speakers tents.
The QCWA served up their usual great food and refillable cuppas and did a roaring trade.
We all look forward to next year. Congratulations Esk for a fantastic turnout.
Peachester Garden Club meets on the third Thursday of each month.
This months’ meeting on July 16 is being held in a members new garden in Beerwah.
