However, the wedding came at a major cost for some employees working behind the scenes. According to reports, Madison Square Garden fired employees who violated strict non-disclosure agreements tied to the high-profile wedding.
Bloomberg News reporter Myles Miller also confirmed TMZ’s report that law enforcement officers working the event “had their phones confiscated upon entering the iconic venue.”
“I’m told The Garden has parted ways with staff members for violations of NDAs associated with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding,” Miller wrote on X. “Everyone entering including law enforcement has to store their phone in a bag. No one has been allowed to enter the arena prior to the wedding.

Despite extremely tight security measures, several details of the wedding were still leaked. It has been reported that actor Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony and even performed an original song for the couple.
Jason Kelce served as Travis’ best man, while Swift’s brother, Austin, was her man of honor. Jason and Kylie Kelce’s daughters also served as flower girls at the ceremony. The couple exchanged vows on Friday at Madison Square Garden, wearing custom Christian Dior outfits.

The wedding shut down one of Manhattan’s busiest areas as hundreds of celebrities, athletes, and invited guests arrived for what many dubbed the “wedding of the century.” And why not? The grand event’s guest list looked more like the Met Gala than a traditional wedding.

Swift’s longtime publicist, Tree Paine, was also spotted in Manhattan ahead of the ceremony as preparations wrapped up for one of the most talked-about celebrity weddings in recent memory.
