Yes
All cherries (except cherry laurel) are edible. Not all are palatable. If it’s wild cherry they may be bitter. But would make a great conserve.
I see the auto moderator has issued a warning about eating something from an identification here.
Where the f*** was it last week when I was being called an idiot for warning someone not to eat a toxic plant someone misidentified as edible!
It was compounded by the fact that I and others had already identified it correctly.
