The Gist
Taylor Swift may be drawing inspiration from her past musical eras for her upcoming wedding.
Page Six and TMZ reported that the “Blank Space” singer and Travis Kelce are building a huge castle inside their Madison Square Garden venue.
The couple is rumored to be tying the knot during the July 3 weekend.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding is allegedly almost here—and if the latest reports are true, the couple is ensuring their big day is a real-life fairytale with a statement Easter egg nodding to the “Opalite” singer’s Fearless era.

As first reported by TMZ, Swift and Kelce have tasked their wedding team with constructing a massive castle inside their Madison Square Garden venue to bring their fantasy “garden party” theme to life. This report, which was echoed by Page Six, hints that Swift—who famously performed in front of a theatrical castle set at Madison Square Garden during her 2009 Fearless tour—could reprise some of her Eras Tour magic with special nostalgic performances during her wedding day.

Swift will apparently be wearing several different wedding dresses when she reportedly gets married on July 3, meaning there’s a possibility she might bring out the strapless white wedding dress she famously changed into during her 2009 Fearless tour performance of “Love Story.”

Swift and Kelce have stayed mum on the details of their highly-anticipated wedding, but CBS News shared a video taken on June 30 that showed crew members unloading boxes labeled “Garden Party 1 (Scenic)” as well as mysterious spray-painted “GP” packages. The “I Knew It, I Knew You” singer famously had an idyllic enchanted forest set complete with an A-frame wooden cabin and moss during the Folklore and Evermore portions of her Eras tour, but the theme also appears to be a nod to the name of the venue and Swift’s many performances there over her career.
Fans will have to wait until after the nuptials to see how Swift and Kelce’s rumored two-day wedding celebration—which reportedly includes a Thursday rehearsal dinner and a star-studded Friday ceremony—comes together. However, it looks like the “Blank Space” singer is integrating her well-known love of Easter egg moments into the special celebration.
