Southern Indiana this year…garlic and onions drying, green beans and yellow squash blanched and frozen, 14 pints bread and butter pickles, and 14 pints of dill pickles. Picked a few Hoss cherry tomatoes and one pink Brandywine for BLTs. Jalapeño peppers picked and used in pickles. Large peppers are slower, but finally coming on!
Your videos cheer me up! I broke my ankle a few days ago and have to depend on other people (who are not gardeners!) to water and harvest. Trying really hard to stay grateful. Thank you for your efforts! Please stay safe with this heat. I am in SC and am right there with you.
