You’ll be fine to wait until after they’re done stretching. 21 days is just a baseline. Some strains continue to stretch through week 4 and 5.
Whatever nugs you remove will have their energy rerouted to the ones you leave. They’ll grow bigger than they would have otherwise, so you won’t lose much in the end. It can be disheartening to see a pile of cottonballs on the floor, though.
I usually take any branches that grow into another plant, leaving them all with their own little space. After stretch, I’ll take nearly every fan leaf, only leaving the smaller, yet to grow, fans.
Everyone has their own methods though. Nothing is set in stone.
On your next grow use your trellis net correctly. You are currently using it for support only. If you want to know if you’re using it correctly, the bottom of your branches under the net should look like inverted stairs. Your current branches are pretty straight and not spread out. Unless you wanted them to resemble a martini glass. Also if they haven’t stretched much you may run out of height clearance. I am not being negative only informative. The good news is that they look to be thriving. Good growing🫡

Also what i do is remove all large directly inner facing fan leaves around 21. Helps let light penetrate more
Yes, after 21 days I’ll usually remove all fan leaves with stems larger than 3 cm.
