I put a proper roof on the south facing wall of my A-frame greenhouse and it’s infinitely more usable


Proper might be the wrong word. It used to just be clear panels but now there’s plywood and I have plans to add rigid foam insulation.

    Summer high temps are probably down by 30 degrees at least. And now the everything I keep in there isn’t getting destroyed by the sun. But still ample light all throughout the day. No real effect on winter lows though.
