How do you know it won’t sprout a bunch more? Is slow but I see more tomatoes sprouting all over.

About half of my tomato plants are thriving. The other half, which weren’t as healthy to start with, are withering under the heat. But I’m super happy about the ones that are thriving. I grew them from seed. This is my most successful attempt to grow them from seed in 3 years of trying.
