This project started with a family renting their garden floor apartment, now their small-business has grown and they need space for their employees and host their clients. Having their office soooo close to their home is ideal to be able to take care of their toddler.
So I started building the illustration in Procreate the same way I usually approach all my architectural drawings:
✏️ rough plans using my scaled templates
📐 clean architectural linework with my go-to brushes
🪑 furniture for scale and atmosphere
🌿 textures, vegetation, and materiality to bring the spaces to life
Honestly, having a workflow changed everything for me because now I can focus on telling the story of a project instead of stressing about how to start the drawing.

I am currently attempting to learn about floor design and architecture, it's something I want to do when I'm older. If you see this comment do you have any tips or pointers on how to think or come up with ideas and actually draw or create those ideas? Also that's a real pretty floor plan and it's probably a really pretty building!
