    They look full grown, eventually as they ripen they will go red or yellow or …

    Plants are not grocery stores with every fruit the same size. The size will vary, the number will vary. If it’s ripe, it’s ready! Pick it! Eat it!

    Once they stop growing, they tend to not start again. Take them now if you like green peppers or leave them on if you prefer yellow/red.
