Rusty Tussock moth caterpillar. Google lens is your friend. Apparently don’t touch the hairs, they may be irritant.

They’re currently decimating my willow. Funky little fellas.
A couple of years ago I had some eggs appear in the crevice of a garden chair that belonged to these fellas. I kept it sheltered and moved the chair underneath the Hawthorne that they like. I miss those guys, super cute! Rusty tussock moth
