Hi Andrew and Sabrina, little one too. Our family cabin had a boat house. It was right up to the lake shore line. With a rolling track into the lake to roll the boats out of the garage part. Track removable during off seasons. Above the garage area was a bunk house for visitors or extra family to stay when needed. It was very nice to sleep there and hear the waves coming into shore. It was also great as winter months the boats were stored and protected from the elements and no need to pay storage rentals. Just an idea. Oh! Also there was a fire pole to the lower level for early morning fishing exits. No waking the sleeping beauties.
