Ever try roasted radishes? I used avocado oil, salt, and pepper – they were delicious! Normally I just use them raw or pickles, but I would definitely roast them again. I grow spring radishes every year and sometimes in the fall as well. What is your favorite way to eat and prepare them? Favorite variety to grow?

Beautiful! Our radishes never make it inside to be cooked because my kiddos might as well be Peter Rabbit lol but I do like using the greens to sauté for breakfast with eggs!
