A boutique hotel on Lymington High Street has launched its seasonal al fresco dining space featuring a bar and pizza oven.
The walled garden at Stanwell House, complete with fire pits, deck chairs, soft blankets and flower-filled surroundings, has been created in collaboration with Joseph Perrier Champagne.
Hailed as a “sun-drenched escape in the heart of Lymington”, the tucked away spot is the ideal place for golden-hour drinks or a lazy lunch.

Guests can enjoy Mediterranean-inspired sharing dishes with a focus on coastal produce, with highlights including grilled sea bass fillet with Greek salad; half lobster with lemon hollandaise, dressed crab, and a selection of flatbreads with various toppings.
The extensive drinks list includes frozen champagne cocktails, a summer spritz collection, and a curated offering from the renowned Champagne house Joseph Perrier.

Live entertainment in the garden will see relaxed, acoustic sounds from Harry Yates on Friday evenings, and upbeat tunes from DJ Abi Lemon on Sunday afternoons, ending the weekend on a high.
With 140 covers and a mix of bookable tables and relaxed walk-in seating, the space is equally suited to planned occasions and spontaneous summer visits.
