In Autumn or when horsetail grows tall it gets too alkaline and is not good for you. How the chemistry changes is why that guy in that book Into the Wild died.. he was not aware the chemistry of the plants he lived on in the Summer where becoming alkaline.
Which horsetail stage is more beneficial, like the infertile one might not have developed as much nutrients yet, but the fertile one might but you cook/boil some off?
I keep my blood on the inside. So it's not getting dirty. I would recommend that first.
You know "cleans your blood" doesn't actually mean anything, right? That's like the hippie scam language from people that don't understand science and people wanting to sell scams to people that don't understand science. I'm not saying they can't or don't have any positive effects. I don't know. I do know cleans your blood means nothing😂

We might want to rinse the wild plants in clean water to remove dust and debris before consuming them.
I’d like to see you do more about wall plants or herbs! 🌿 I love all your Survival videos very informative. Thank you for sharing your information.🎉
You belong on TV like the survivor guy
Ueah. Nettles. When I was 3-4 years old I fell into a whole patch of fully grown nettles. Great experience! 😬

So what kills the parasites in your blood?
