    That's helping wildlife but you forgot to put in a drainage pipe at the bottom to drain after a few days as the water needs to be cleaned of debris. Tap on the lower outside tyre connected to a rubber or flexible pipe then in the plastic lower bucket and sealed with sealant. Im sure you'll figure it out.🎉
