Thank you Steve! Stay blessed
Love it
Why do you lay them down?
When did you start them and what date is it that you’re planting these? I start mine in February inside, put them into my unheated GH but never get them looking like that. I like growing onions but don’t always get a successful bunch. What do you fertilize with also please? I’m zone 7a
Interesting. I keep seeing people say onions grow best when planted in the fall. We have long winters here so I'm curious as to what I should do?
Love it
Ok I am in 5 a I believe. And. I am hoping to plant some onions. This year. How do you know if you have a good grow light. I am new to starting my own seeds! I am excited!

Great video!
Thank you for your advice! Last year we planted sets and they failed miserably. This year we are trying sets and seeds and will be following your advice for the seeds.
Great tips! I’ll be sure to use these this year.
Thanks! Very informative! What do you suggest with onion bulbs? Pot ok?
I love how fit you are, by planting directly on the ground… So inspired, that's how I want to grow my food! Thank you, Steve! 💪🥑
Fab and to the point.
What is the timetable?
No fertilizer?
What fabric do you use to cover the ground where you plant I see behind you in this video
I've tried and tried to grow onions. The last ones I've planted have now gone to seed. How do I harvest the seeds and can I plant the seeds into the ground?
I live in central Alabama and it's about the middle of May. Thank you for any help
How are you storing them so they last a year?
I plant onion seeds in late September here in NJ and by June of the following year I had plenty of onions.
Hi, i grow with sets am thinking of growing from seed next year. With sets its important not to plant too deep , or so I've read so i leave half the set out of the ground, with the seedlings how deep is the point of stem meets roots in the soil. Thanks great video by the way
what zone are you in? could I grow them in my cold frame in zone 3?
Do you plant these over summer? I am in zone 8a and tried onion plantlings this year, but they don’t seem to be growing well (I had them interspaced with a full bed, so I don’t think they got enough sunlight). Is it too late for me to plant this year, or should I wait until fall/next spring?
