How often should I be cleaning out my coop? It's 3×6' (see pic) and the wood shavings on the floor have a 3" depth. I have 6 chickens. It doesn't smell but lots of feathers, poop.

i do deep clean maybe once in month but just spot clean the worst areas every week or so when it gets too messy.
I spot clean the roosts and nest boxes about every 10 days now that the weather is nice and they can be outside sooner then in winter. In winter though its about once a week with them inside more and coming in outta the rain.
Chicken tractors are the only way to go. I’ll never build a permanent chicken coop anymore. For larger tractors look for old trailers on Craigslist to modify
I do the deep litter method inside of the coop and do a deep clean (completely empty, vinegar mop, diatomaceous earth/coop n compost with fresh shavings and leaf blowed) once a season and compost the bedding. We also inspect the coop every day during tuck-in time for issues and remove pine shavings soiled by excessive water/etc as needed. The smell and how much you can safely air it out definitely indicate when it needs to be cleaned, as well as if the nesting boxes are clean and comfortable for the hens to nest in.
I clean mine daily and add fresh litter every month or so when the old litter gets thin. Takes about 15 minutes a day to keep them clean and fresh. I have 35 chickens.
