    You may have to repair that once a year if you just dry stacked that stone on your flower bed. I did a flower bed almost identical to yours like 10 years ago and by spring time the ground movement and snow/ice would make it shift around and fall. I’m in Central PA so basically same weather as you. I decided this year to take it all out and try something new. I’m using pressure treated 2 x 12s and just built a regular garden bed with them. I’m goanna repurpose the rocks for a small pond. Good luck.
