  1. Hey Robbie, could you tell me which variety of tree colored seeds that you plant ? I have grown lots of colors as we raised them commercially for over 50 years here on our farm in south Georgia. Now they are selling seeds we have sown for years such as the blue collared or the southern gray collared and many others as tree-colored seeds and we both know they are . Now they are selling seeds we have sown for years such as the blue collard or the southern gray collared and many others as tree-collard seeds and we both know they are not. How do I know which ones are really the tree or are they just really giant collars grown into it tree. Here in Georgia over the 52 years we certainly had some that were large enough to be called trees But they were just good old southern collard gr. Thank you , Larkie, In south Georgia.

  2. A friend gave me one of those big seed mix boxes a couple of years ago. I got 1 plant, it turned out to be calendula. But I liked the calendula.

  3. Robbie, I love your tree collards ❤ I have never found any to plant but, I do have a broccoli that looks similar now 😅 Is that normal? Or is it just because I let it keep going? I just keep eating its leaves and the flower bits that show up 😆 It's so sweet and mild❤

  4. I can’t think of any state with perfect weather but here in southern Arizona it’s already 100 degrees, I’ve got shade cloth over everything. Plants are doing ok for now.

  5. Robbie I know you don't want to sell your plants, I'm having so much trouble finding Green Tree Collards to buy. Please sell me one. Its a shame to compost that beautiful branch that feel of you plant. Love your u-tube and I'm going to grow and eat turmeric like you do because of my knees.

  6. Seeds , seed potatoes, even Heritage, are being sold sterile so that we have to buy every year. It’s awful.

  7. I lost a bunch of tomatoes to either rats or squirrels. I didn't have tulle around them but that will be fixed tomorrow. Never had a problem before but for some reason they are eating my garden this year. I finally got a new start of purple tree collard, I had give a few cuttings to a friend, mine froze this past winter, but hers was fine so I got a start. Hopefully I can get it rooted. I'm composting comfery I've got tons this year.

  8. Hi Robbie, I wanted to say I love your channel and your husband's accent. I was wondering if you could do a video on how you store the food that you grow. That's where I go wrong. I am in Missouri, so I'm limited on what and when I grow. Love all the bird fountains that you have also. Thanks for reading, Brenda

  9. I had raccoon issue to last year. I live in the city of Philadelphia. I wasn't going to garden this year because of them. They kept digging up soil and messing up my seeds, this time I have chicken wire. So I should be good.

  10. Hi Robbie 🙋🏻‍♀️ Just watched a white vinegar Amish granny hack I wondered if youve watched? It mentions long rag strips soaked in it. Placed under plants or around entry points to repel squirrels. Repeating every 5 days. For me a 50-50 vinegar and water spray for earwigs.
As you know with AI anything goes so one has to experiment (a la Robbie style) to see if whatever works. Ill go back and see if I can send the link next. Here’s to critter plant protection. 😂 MA in SD👩🏻‍🌾👍

  11. I grew an apple tree from seed and it took at least seven years. I suppose it depends on the variety, although apple trees do not grow true so you never know what you will get.

  12. Oh boy! Garlic Yes. Love to see the video.
Would also like to see a video on moving the forget-me-not.(mine are in the lawn)

  13. Love, love your gardens!! You and Gary have become God's Master Gardeners! I really enjoy the indepth tours of each of your gardens, and have been watching you since 2020. What's funny to me, is that you call some plants weeds (like thistle) that my grandmother ALWAYS told me were medicinal and helpful to humans when you know how to use them. She used to laugh when her friends would call the plants (such as: dandelions, pursalane, wild lettuce, etc.) that she TREASURED – weeds. She said their weeds are God's glory and medicine for us!

  14. Spring is here!! Your gardens are filling out beautifully. This week I’m envious of your strawberries 🍓 – mine just started to ripen, and apparently birds like them 😮😂. Looking forward to seeing how your (black cherry? Indigo?) tomatoes do – would you let us know how you liked them?
Wishing you well from Phoenix Arizona, where it’s 105F/40C 👋🏻
