Kohlrabi, also known as German Cabbage, is easily one of my favorite spring crops to grow! 🥬 In this video, I’m harvesting our beautiful, well-developed kohlrabi from the raised beds.
Did you know the leaves are edible too? Just like other brassicas such as cabbages and cauliflowers, you can enjoy the entire plant.
