It’s finally winter!! A slow weekend outdoors 🤎 a trip to Bunnings, time spent outside and sharing my dream garden plans. I also try out a new gym & share a delicious beef bourguignon recipe! I hope you enjoy the vlog! Thank you so much for watching xx

Beef Bourguignon recipe:
1kg chuck steak
8-12 eschallots
3 cloves garlic
1tbsp tomato paste
1 cup beef stock
1-4 Dutch carrots
200g button mushrooms, whole
200g brown mushrooms, halved
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 cup red wine
200g short cut bacon
In a large casserole dish, brown the meat. Set aside and cook bacon, add tomato paste & cook for around 1 minute until caramelised. Add Eschallots, carrots, garlic and cook until garlic is soft. Deglaze pot with red wine. Add your mushrooms, beef stock & place the meat back in the pot. Top with fresh thyme. Put the lid on your casserole dish and cook for 3-6hrs at 170° or until meat is tender.
Serve with mashed potatoes & green beans.

One thing I love about winter is alllll the winter comfort meals! Will be making that beef bourg for sure – thanks for sharing the recipe!!! Most aesthetic gardener I ever did see Tori! I looove plants and have a lot – but – my husband waters them all because I over water ha ha! HUbs and I are in our true crime era. I watched a docu series on the crash a few years ago – so knew the story and was stoked when The Crash came out. I have Rivals on my list but I just can't start it ha ha. How good Remi almost potty trained – thats so good! And sometimes a bribe is needed!!!!!! This was a lovely wholesome vlog! Have a great rest of the week!
Marigolds all around the garden / in the beds to keep bugs away and when you cut the bottoms of the spring onions plant them in soil they will regrow
