Garden Communities announced that leasing is underway at Gardens at Roseland, where the first residences at this new luxury multifamily community will be ready for occupancy in mid-June.

The development, located at 146 Harrison Ave. in Roseland, features 211 single-level and duplex apartments. Residents can enjoy the community’s elegantly appointed clubhouse and a full suite of complimentary lifestyle amenities.

Nestled in a peaceful residential neighborhood on more than 25 wooded acres, the community offers one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom duplex residences with up to two-and-one-half baths.

“The start of leasing marks a significant milestone for Gardens at Roseland,” said Garden Communities’ Deborah Alexandre, construction leasing manager.

“We designed this community to offer luxury, comfort and convenience to a broad range of renters. We look forward to introducing (residents) to everything this development has to offer.”

Residences in this pet-friendly community offer up to 2,500 square feet of light-filled, modern living space, featuring private balconies or patios, gourmet kitchens, large closets and in-suite washers and dryers.

Most duplex residences, which will be ready for occupancy in mid-July, will have an attached, private garage with direct exterior entry; select single-level apartments will also feature an attached garage with direct entry.

Gardens at Roseland is centered around a stone-clad 4,900-square-foot clubhouse. Complimentary resident amenities include a professionally designed fitness center, an entertainment room with billiards, a fireside lounge and private workspaces.

Outdoor highlights include a multi-activity sports court with pickleball and basketball, a heated pool and sun terraces, a playground and spaces for al fresco dining with BBQ grills and lounge areas with fire pits. EV charging stations support eco-friendly transportation.

Roseland is known for its small-town feel and easy access to New York City. It features a highly regarded elementary school, parks and recreational facilities and proximity to Caldwell, Livingston, Montclair and Short Hills.
