Back at Dunelm, the Sydney Rope Folding Egg Chair boasts an overall star-rating of 4.8 out of five based on eight reviews. One satisfied shopper said: “Excellent comfy egg chair which looks very nice on our patio.”
A second wrote: “Excellent, stylish, comfortable and perfect for small gardens. Good quality however make sure you don’t use power tools for screwing. I did and I had to buy extra tools to correct my mistake.”
“Very sturdy and easy to assemble,” a third penned. “The chair folds away easily. Looking forward to some good weather so we can use it.”

One shopper, however, wasn’t as impressed with the Sydney Rope Folding Egg Chair and gave it a three-star review. It reads: “Reasonably straightforward to assemble, though not easy to handle even with another’s assistance.
“Once assembled it was found to be difficult to position the suspended chair as required. Due to limitations of the fixings, same issue prevents easy removal of chair, which renders the folding of the seat frame a somewhat useless feature.”
Nevertheless. somebody else loved their latest Dunelm purchase, adding: “Absolutely love my egg chair. It’s easy to assemble, looks gorgeous and is extremely comfortable. I bought it after reading the reviews on here and can highly recommend it.”

Another five-star review reads: “Absolutely love this rope egg chair. Arrived on time and packaged well. Minimal assembly required although it does need two people, purely for the weight.
