Is it normal for a Philodendron Narrow to produce flowers every time a new leaf emerges? See comment

I think my Narrow is just a big happy plant and decides to put out a new leaf monthly now. Sometimes there is 3 or 4 flowers with a new leaf, and I usually cut them off hoping to direct energy towards the new leaf instead. My Ring of Fire and Golden Crocodile does not flower with every new leaf nor do they grow this fast.
