Push down on the head, if it still feels mushy or like there are air pockets let it go longer. Once it feels hard and stiff harvest them.
These are gorgeous, well done!
You have time to let them grow still. I’m on the gulf and still have a few heads in the ground with no signs of bolting soon. Let’m put on some weight.
