Hi, this is my first time growing tulips. This is a Queen of the Night variety. They grew and bloomed but they're all on the ground instead of upright. The stems are also super long ! Is this only a lighting issue ? They get watered about everyday when it's super hot or every other day (when no rain). There's a cedar tree casting a shadow on this part of the garden so maybe the light doesn't reach the tulips enough?

It looks like it just rained ? or were watered? Depending on how heavy the rain is- can definitely be enough to knock the stems down.
Depending on where you are, it’s kind of the end of their blooming season, so they may just be drooping because they’re done.
