  1. Something keeps eating the leaves on mine. I can't see anything but the leaves are being munched. 😒

  2. Hello, I enjoy watching your videos but I find that your sound is a little low, compared to the other channels I follow at the same level… Anyway back to the video, if you haven't tried the Yellow Tumbling Toms, I think you should and you can also put to bed the question of which of the Tumbling Toms (Red or Yellow) are sweeter, I think it's the Yellow, but they should be the same, shouldn't they, well have a taste and see what you think.

  3. Hello Ivan it was lovely to see your tumbling Tom tomatoes last year so I’m hoping you get the same results………… Take care β€πŸ’‹

  4. Also thx for explaining about tumbling toms as I was given 2 plants and didn’t know anything about them. Makes sense to get a higher pot. Thx

  5. Hi Thank you so much for sharing you container garden all is looking good πŸ‘ hopefully the nice weather is on it’s way All the best Lin πŸ™‚πŸ‘

  6. Thanks Ivan, more plantings of your favourite cherry tomato and everything is looking great. I can't wait to see how the new decking looks in the lovely sunny weather that we are having. Take care and all the best. Stevie

  7. I'm trying out indoor toms this year. Varieties are Tiny Tim and Venus (an orange colour).
Also, a little fyi. I've learned it's not the hairs on the stem that grow the roots. You'll often seen tiny pale spots on the stem. The roots grow from those. πŸ™‚

  8. I'm so glad you've posted this video. I germinated about 12 tumbling tom plants this year. I started them off in January. I'm starting to think they've been packaged incorrectly as I only have 1 good bushy 1 and the rest are really talll.

Just a quick mention about the hairs on the stem. I only discovered this in recent years, (after 25 years growning tomatoes). The hairs (trichomes) are there to protect the plant and act as a protective barrier from pests crawling up and DON'T in fact turn into roots. The stem has white bumps or "root primordia" on it, which WILL turn into roots when buried deep or on its side when buried. πŸ‘πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…πŸ˜Š

  9. Great channel thanks Ivan I learn such a lot and not too overwhelming, little bits of bite size knowledge that I can easily and practically put into action . You’re a wonderful teacher 😊 …… after watching I’m always planning a trip to the garden centre filled with inspiration 😊 🌸 πŸ₯• πŸ₯¬

  10. It's great to see how your planting has progressed Ivan. That's exciting news about your decking. You have a wonderful variety of produce & I enjoy watching your videos. Thank you πŸ‘

  11. This was so helpful, sir, thank you! I bought my first tumbling tom yesterday from my garden centre. It's only about 5 inches tall and still very tender. With this heatwave in the UK right now, I think it's safer indoors….
