The white flower is the plant’s flower. The pink leaves are bracts-modified leaves that surround the flower. Poinsettias and dogwoods are two other plants that have bracts.
Ce sont les fleurs (par groupe de trois) et les parties colorées sont les bractées qui sont sur développer si mes souvenirs sont bons 😉

The little white things are the actual flower. The colored portion is the bract, not the flower.
In Bougainvillea, the tiny white flower in the center is the actual flower 🌸🤍
