Boston police are investigating a shooting on Tuesday night near TD Garden.
An NBC10 Boston photojournalist heard shots fired near Friend Street and Causeway Street and found shell casings on the ground. And the front door of Hotel Indigo at 280 Friend St. was shattered.

“I thought it was fireworks,” one witness said. “I thought it was just like you know, fireworks going off, but then I saw like the muzzle shot and I saw everybody’s movement running. That’s when I saw two people put on their hoodies and they ran off.”
Sullivan’s Tap, a popular bar in the area, posted surveillance video to their Instagram account showing patrons running for safety after the shots rang out.
“Everyone is safe at Sullys after shots were fired on friend st.,” the caption read.
NBC10 Boston has reached out to Boston police to see if anyone was hurt, but we have yet to hear back from them.
