Randomly met someone at the counter of our local garden center. Said his father was into cacti. However he is 91 years old and wants to get rid of some plants…
Last three plants is a small part of the ones i got. for these three i gave him 20€ even though i insited to give him more.

Same ish thing happened to me and it made me join the Cacti society of that city: first meeting was in the house of one of the eldest members (and by me being in my thirties I was lowering the average age of that meeting a good bit).
He welcomes me and we go to the backyard where he had this huge L shaped glasshouse… it felt like entering cacti heaven.
Tip to everyone: look for a cactus society and go to the meetings !
