Looks dry as hell. Needs more piss
I advise adding more stuff to it lol, also leaves are pretty hard to compost if they aren’t chopped up first, especially oak leaves or things like pine. I would also water it, rot needs wet to work.
I can’t tell if this is a quart or a 50 gallon drum lol

The more stuff you have in there with the right moisture, typically the more biological activity you can have. Add some more material and pee on it/add some moisture.
