Students at Integrated Arts Academy in Burlington are getting their hands dirty in the best way possible thanks to a new school garden. Many students at the school spent Tuesday morning digging through the dirt and planting different vegetables. The new garden beds were made possible thanks to a grant from Dealer.com by Cox Automotive as well as the Captain Planet Foundation, the same program that helped bring learning gardens to all six Burlington elementary schools this year.Students told NBC5 that they are excited to watch their vegetables grow and eventually use them to help feed the school community.

Students at Integrated Arts Academy in Burlington are getting their hands dirty in the best way possible thanks to a new school garden.

Many students at the school spent Tuesday morning digging through the dirt and planting different vegetables.
