It's been about three years since I last kept any African violets; I killed my last one by overwatering before I knew any better, and the guilt has kept me from AVs ever since. However, I'm older and wiser now, and have learned a lot about tailoring care to the particular needs of various plants, so it's time for me to right my wrongs and keep an AV again! (And it didn't hurt that these gorgeous ruffled blooms really called to me…)
