I like to wait until the main roots have more roots growing from them. Also you might want to get that new growth above water.
You probably could now, but I prefer to get a really nice mess of roots going because there’s always some die-back when transferring from water to soil while the plant adjusts to the change. When you switch it over, make sure you’re letting the soil dry out thoroughly between waterings, too.
