Between the grow light and window you’re fine. Not sure I see anything wrong with it though! Maybe a taller support to encourage it to grow up

She looks pretty healthy! Just growing a bit wonky. She wants to be closer to the window, if that’s possible.

If it were mine, I would just chop and prop the cuttings all together, with that moss pole set up before it starts growing upwards so the stalks stay straight.

If you don’t want to chop and prop, the best option might be to repot it a bit sideways so the stalk is pointing up instead of reaching to the side. Attach the moss pole at that dramatic curve near the top of the stalk and it should correct itself upright over time.

Good ones only cost 10USD on aliexpress.
Look for full spectrum sunlight on store called Tranyton.
I have 2 per big Monstera, no actual sunlight, and they thrive big time.
I use one for my PPP.

  4. I would honestly cut it in half, and figure out where the back and the front of the plant is. Judge it by the stem and where the aerial roots are, the leaves are all over the place and not a good indicator. From this picture it looks like you have the support on the side, it’s not doing anything for the plant even if it was the back though and the grow lights are definitly not in the right spot.
