Of course lack of sun affects its growth. However, your monstera looks really healthy, probably pretty young, just starting to get double finestration. Looks great!
Yes, lack of sunlight will cause slow growth and will also cause the monstera to grow all wonky as it stretches out to reach toward the light source. The closer to the window glass, the better.
