DIY Mosaic Planter

Want a pot that sparkles in the sun like a jewel? Today l’m making a garden pot from plaster and broken colored glass. This is a mosaic technique – glass shards embedded in a plaster base create a stained-glass effect. The pot is waterproof and looks very decorative. In this video, l’ll show you how to prepare a mold, mix the plaster, arrange glass pieces, and get a smooth, shimmering art object.

    Sanding shards of submerged glass is not a good idea!!!! Microdust that you can breath in will have an extremely detrimental effect on your lungs skin, eyes… please please please realize that this is AI and shouldn't be done at all!!!!

    You could put something on the bottom before pouring the cement. So it will unplug easily and you don't have to drill the hole.
