    Gorgeous established delphinium

Beautiful delphinium! They usually don’t survive winter in the northeast!

Delphinium grandiflorum I think ‘King Arthur’ is this dark purple with white bee

  4. FYI extremely poisonous. Just a few ingested leaves can kill you, and it’s a painful death. Even the sap can be absorbed through the skin (but don’t worry about that unless you’re cutting/handling a lot).

Delphinium, a family favorite for as long as I’ve lived

It’s a delphinium, which has good memories for me. Our neighbors brought these to my mother when she was ill, and they cheered her up.

    Damn beautiful

I paid about $20-$30 each for two of these a few years ago.

I’d look up what plants do well with this plant and add to it.

It looks happy there, indicating decently healthy soil
