MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) – The second paper butterfly garden was revealed Thursday and makes its home at Trillium House in Marquette.

This comes after the first garden revealed earlier this year in Ishpeming.

This is a statewide traveling art initiative. The art project celebrates health care workers but also includes a grant to help train workers

The director of Trillium house says both are impactful

“The impact is hard to measure,” Trillium House Executive Director, Melissa Cavill. “We have a good team here already, but I can tell you that over the last year the grant that put the butterfly garden on also has paid for some very in-depth training for our caregivers.”

Those looking to becoming the next host of the garden can find more information if you click here, which leads to the Impart Alliance website; the ones behind the art project.
