What's happening to this violet? The center is all dried up. I have it in a north facing window with my other violets which are doing well, but rarely flower. I don't know what I'm doing wrong 😕

Just a couple thoughts. Has it outgrown its pot? Is it overwatered? Are you fertilizing it? I am not an expert but these are the first things that came to mind. There is an entire thread on here just for African violets with lots of great tips.
