RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – Second graders from Grandview Elementary traded their classroom for the outdoors on Tuesday morning, visiting Rapid City’s greenhouse and the Hives for Heroes bee yard.
The field trip gave students a close-up look at plants and pollinators, with the goal of planting a love of gardening that can grow with the next generation.
