Neighbours in Bristol say they were left baffled after a large wooden fence was installed directly outside a living room window at an empty property in Lockleaze. The fencing, positioned just centimetres from the house, completely blocks light and visibility from inside the room. Residents believe the structure may have been added to prevent falls between the property and a nearby parking area, although some questioned why railings were not used instead. Bristol City Council said the property involved is not council-owned.
