This looks like typical RNA silencing in “Night Skies” or a similar cultivar, the plant has been bred to produce so much pigment that it begins degrading the pigment when it reaches excess in petal tissues, turning that portion of the petal white. Lots and lots of different phenotypes with this trait these days. It’s normal. These will typically get a lot of these dots as they mature and get a splotchy pattern
