Year 2 of transforming our tiny terraced house yard into a garden as absolute novices. Wish I had a before picture as two 4 yard skips worth of rubble and clay had to be shifted to seed that postage stamp of a lawn 😂, with french drains and a soak away installed due to dense clay soil. Hopefully those borders will fill out and bloss up a bit in the next year or ao

I love this!
I love your paving stones too..you’ve put a lot of work into it..small but magnificent with that gorgeous gate!
So pleased you’ve got real grass.
That looks great. And good call on the yellow, something I would have been too timid to do but it works really well.
I wish all terraced houses had gardens like this. It’s such an incredible difference to the usual miserable concrete yards they have in my town. 10/10 OP, great job
Love the colours you have chosen!
Is the back wall fencing or blocks, or something else?
What’s the secret to such green grass?! Love it
Very cute.
It was worth the effort it looks like an amazing space to be in.
Oh this is really delightful
This is cool, its like having your own Arboretum attached to your home.
Ride-on mower?
potentially stupid question but where do you keep your mower? I don’t see a shed, do you keep it in your house or? looks amazing and I dream of having a garden like this someday!
This is really sweet and so well thought out – great job! 👏
What a lovely little haven 🤩
Thank you for choosing real grass!
What an attractive and welcoming space
love this!!! my garden is a similar size & i’m going to start on it this summer so this is some really useful inspiration!
It looks amazing 🤩
You’ve done a beautiful job with it. There’s never enough life in between the old terraces and you’ve nailed it. Awesome.
