Any tips and tricks to get it to flower? Do I just need to be patient?

It should take basically no effort for a pepper to flower, that’s really weird. I don’t have solid advice because I’m still a newbie, but all my peppers are covered in flowers if I don’t snip them off for veg growth. The soil in your grow bag looks very woody, lots of small mulch bits. Honestly it looks like easily 50% of that soil is woody stuff, unless they all floated to the top from watering. Either way, it just looks very woody, and in my limited experience peppers really don’t like that. I’d try a base of compost with a little topsoil, garden straw, or perlite to keep it aerated and stop compaction, and to supply gentle nutrients.
