Last season snow made this tree depressed. Anything I should do to cheer it up?

   *Late season snow. About a week ago. Pics from now compared to June last year. I inspected all the branches and I don’t see and breaks or cracks.

   Mulch stacked up to the trunk is not helping and could be even buried deep. Find the root flare. Let its root breathe.
