Came in great last fall. Quite a few blobs have appeared this spring. Are these good/bad/indifferent?

Sorry, I’ve been pissing on your lawn. I live in the woods I can’t piss where I sleep.

You need roots! Pretty good after a year post hydro-seed, but consider overtopping to get better soil in that top layer, overseed spring and fall, and fertilize that bad boy. Only spot treat for weeds. Mow as high as your mower can go for this year. You want those baby sprouts to be big, bushy, and run roots deep.

Then next year, scalp, see what you have, fill in patches, and fertilize.

It took until year three for our hydroseed to look as filled out as I wanted because it was on graded soil that wasn’t as nutrient rich in all spots.
