First time tomatoer this year.

I've been hardening off my tomatoes in trays of nursery pots and noticed a few of my plants have developed these spots on several of their branches.

I figure It's been a watering issue and that it's probably Septoria virus but those spots usually present with a yellowing around each spot?

Can anyone with a better trained eye suggest what this might be and best practices to manage it going forward. In the little reading I've done so far I've seen advice ranging from leave it alone completely to cutting back all damage and quarantine for the infected.

Thanks!
