Did you change its light or something? This is interesting

Old blooms, especially yellow, fade over time. New blooms will show up much brighter, and it’s particularly noticeable in blooms that open two or more months after the previous bloom. We often don’t notice because the hybrid Phalaenopsis Orchids tend not to carry the sequential bloom ability. Sequential blooms are blooms that continue to open, a few at a time, on a single spike, sometimes for several years.
IF you are absolutely sure the blooms have never been such a vibrant yellow, then it was aliens. Just kidding! Here’s a screenshot of the color difference in what is most likely your particular Orchid hybrid. The deeper the yellow, the more prominent the fade is. Yellow tends to not be able to hold the depth and tone over time.
